Shondra Nash

Degree: Master of Arts in Sociology
Dr. Nash completed the Ph.D. at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Nash examines the intimate partner violence experiences of Christian and African-American women. She has published in Violence against Women and explored the Black church's role in African American economic development in Conrad, et. al.'s African Americans in the United States Economy (Rowman and Littleford). Forthcoming publications include Qualitative Sociology, Journal of Transformative Education, and Feminist Teacher.
